AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 10 August 2023 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Indigenous Services Canada, First Nations and Inuit Health Branch has a requirement for non-medevac air charter transportation services on an “as and when requested” basis to transport approved Non-Insured Health Benefit clients and physicians to/from locations in Northern Saskatchewan. This bid solicitation is to establish a contract with task authorizations. The period of the contract will be from 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2026, with Canada retaining the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two additional one-year option periods. The requirement is limited to Canadian services. There is an optional bidder’s conference associated with this requirement. The Phased Bid Compliance Process applies to this requirement. The Federal Contractors Program for employment equity applies to this procurement.
