The Department of Cannabis Control has approved a Specialty Cottage Indoor Cultivation License for 5D 1S LLC, submitted by Patrick Barros on June 6, 2025. Located at 2857 Niagara Ave in Colusa County, California, the project involves the cultivation of cannabis using up to 500 square feet of indoor canopy within a 7,200-square-foot commercial building, as well as 12,000 square feet of mixed-light canopy across four 3,000-square-foot greenhouses.
