This initiative aims to support the 341st Training Squadron and the Department of War and Transportation Security Administration. The intended acquisition vehicle is a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement with a five-year period of performance. Interested sources must be classified under NAICS code 112990 and provide details regarding their business size, socioeconomic status, inventory capacity, and ability to transport canines to Joint Base San Antonio Lackland, Texas, for evaluation. To be selected for purchase, dogs must pass a rigorous four-phase evaluation process consisting of general requirements, medical screening, behavioral assessments, and performance evaluations. Dogs must demonstrate boldness and fearlessness and are subject to a 120-day medical and behavioral warranty post-delivery.
