AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by2023-10-17 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. SUMMARY: The Canadian Grain Commissions (CGC) Grain Research Laboratory (GRL), has a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation and training of two (2) pulse nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) instruments. OBJECTIVE: The new instruments must allow the simultaneous determination of oil content and moisture content of oilseeds samples according to ISO 10565:1998. The system will be used to measure the oil content of oilseeds and oilseeds meals as routine analysis using a minimum of 25 g of oilseeds but it must also allow the analysis of small sample size, e.g. less than 10 g, for research samples. DELIVERY DATE: Delivery is requested SIX (6) weeks after the contract is awarded. All the deliverables must be received and installed on or before 2024-03-01.
