The Parks Canada Agency has a requirement for the supply, delivery and offloading (if package is not able to be offloaded by a 7,000 lbs max capacity forklift) of two trailer mounted, programable battery and solar powered portable traffic signal lights in Jasper National Park, as detailed herein and in accordance with the line items identified at Annex Basis of Payment. The Contractor must comply with all Requirements identified in the Annex Mandatory Technical Criteria in order to consider the bid compliant. Contractor must provide documents to Parks Canada outlining operational procedures for installation, start-up and commissioning.
