Parks Canada Agency (PCA) requires the supply and installation of an upgraded SCADA software package and computer equipment to be used to monitor the water and sewer infrastructure throughout Waterton Park, AB as detailed herein and in accordance with the line items identified at Annex Basis of Payment. The Contractor must be compliant with all requirements specified in the Annex Mandatory Technical Criteria in order to consider the bid compliant. The proposed Contract is from contract award to March 31, 2024.
