3. Removal of a 34” conifer tree with stump removed to elevation 1 foot below the bottom of the side sewer pipe, and removal of two (2) stumps to install side sewer to serve 511 S 196th St through easement granted by 19604 5th Ave S.
4. Installation of six (6) catch basin inserts for temporary erosion and sedimentation control.
5. Civil sitework, including temporary shoring and excavations, underground utilities, trench patching, and full-width grind and overlay HMA paving – approximately 3,420 SYD and 400 Tons of HMA, and site restoration including landscaping, hydroseeding, and fence replacement.
6. Testing and Commissioning of new sanitary sewer.
