5th OG SAF Cameras

The 5th Operations Group is seeking a firm-fixed price contract for the design, installation, and configuration of a standalone surveillance camera system at the Special Access Facility located at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. The system will consist of three vandal-proof 4K IP cameras positioned to provide complete coverage of all entry and exit points, integrated with a central monitoring station in Room 121K featuring three 32-inch TAA-compliant displays. All equipment must be NDAA- and TAA-compliant, free of Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capabilities, and operate on secure, non-public IP addresses using encrypted protocols, with no connection to DoD IT networks. Installation requires power conditioning, surge protection, an uninterruptible power supply, a locking equipment rack, fire-caulked penetrations, and nonconductive sleeves. The contract includes a 30-day completion window from Notice to Proceed, with a maximum of 10 duty days for on-site work and a total performance period of no more than 120 calendar days from award. The Government will conduct final inspection and acceptance at the site, requiring zero system malfunctions, full training of security personnel within two business days, submission of installation diagrams and warranty documentation, and formal sign-off. The solicitation has been amended twice: first to extend the response deadline from May 6, 2026, to May 13, 2026, and to include Q&A responses; second to add the KTR camera layout and an updated Performance Work Statement.
