The Boone County Fiscal Court will receive bids from qualified vendors to perform the services associated with the BCFY25-03 KY 237 Multi-Use Path Phase 2, KYTC Item No. 6-3225. This project is for the construction of approximately 4,929 LF of 10-foot-wide multi-use path, including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project.Each bidder is required to submit with their bid, a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, or certified check equal in amount to five percent (5%) of the base bid.
