To be eligible for award, the offeror and its source(s) of supply are required to have been approved by the DLA controlling authority, J34 (email DLAJ344DataCustodian@dla.mil). The approved suppliers are indicated in the Business Decision Analytics (BDA) tool (refer to the Analysis by CAGE Code Model Job Aid in EBS online help, eProcurement, BDA folder). See DLAD PGI 25.7902-4(S-90) for when exceptions could apply.
