61 -- Fixed Price Contract to provide specific materials (parts) required for Hot Gas Path Inspections (HGPI) and Combustor Inspections (CI) on General Electric Frame 9 gas turbine units

This upcoming solicitation will be for a Fixed Price Contract for the contractor to provide specific materials (parts) required for Hot Gas Path Inspections (HGPI) and Combustor Inspections (CI) on General Electric Frame 9 gas turbine unit(s) installed and operating at the Qudas Electric Generation plant located in North Baghdad, Iraq. The solicitation will include three separate groups of parts. The first group will include all materials required for Combustor Inspection, the second group will include materials referred to as Capital Spares for Hot Gas Path Inspections which include but are not limited to nozzles, combustor sleeves, crossfire tubes, transition pieces, shrouds and buckets. The third group will include the remaining materials (not - Capital Spares) required for the completion of the Hot Gas Inspection. Contractors may submit offerings for any or all groups. The materials will be supplied according to a schedule to be agreed upon by the contractor and the Project and Contracting Office (POC). The solicitation will include an option for the contractor to supply materials for multiple HGPIs and CIs. The solicitation will be posted to the Project and Contracting Office website, once released.
