61 North Street Rehabilitation

The 61 North Street Rehabilitation project is funded through the Property Rehabilitation Program and or the HUD Lead Based Paint Hazard Control in Priority Housing Program, requiring contractors to adhere to strict lead abatement and rehabilitation specifications. All contract documents, including the lead abatement plan and detailed property rehabilitation requirements, are available for pickup at the Office of Community Development located at 23 Union Street, Norwich, Connecticut, during standard business hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
