This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract as a Sole Source Procurement. This action is being Sole Sourced to meet the requirements of a program scheduled to end within the fiscal year. The base award and IDIQ will field existing systems until they are replaced. CNIN-SAP-023 Sole Source Procurement The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, ANALYTIC SYSTEMS, 1315 AEROPLAZA DR. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. CLIN 0001 Ruggedized Battery Charger Min 5 Max 50 Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. To be eligible for award of a Government contract, contractors must be properly registered in the Governments Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Solicitation will be available for download on the NECO and FedBizOpps website. Quoter’s prior to submitting a quote carefully review ALL sections All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation.
