Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Solicitation Number N00164-12-T-0074. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. CLIN 0001, - QTY 50 Each. Model P/N PS1503 UPS with standard battery pack (each). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, POWERSTAR, INC. 9073 SHADY GROVE CT. GAITHERSBURG, MD. 20877-1301. This is the last opportunity for the government to procure Model 1503 UPS before it becomes discontinued. All other offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Quoters - Please note before preparing your quote, carefully review ALL Sections Delivery is required FOB Destination, Crane, IN 47522-5001, 50 units, 45 days ADC.
