This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: 2 each, Assemblies of waveguide/coax tranmission line for two sets of high p ower amplifiers. Waveguide/coax lines must carry 4 kilowatts and 10 kilowatts of RF power. One 18 inch cable assembly 1 5/8 EIA (m) to connector compatible to feed through adapter. One feedthrough adapter(go through trailer wall). One 30 foot 1 5/8 EIA (m) to connector compatible to feed through adapter. Moisture protection for outside portion of feed through adapter. Cable should be low loss and flexible. Frequency range: 10 kHz to 200 MHz - 10 kW. Frequeny range: 80 to 1000 MHz - 4 kW. FOB DESTIN ATION: Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Payment will be made by Government credit card under Net 30 Terms. Offers are due no later than 12 noon, Mountain Standard Time, Wednesday, 12 September 2007. Offers shall be submitted electronically at: virginia.miller@ep g.army.mil. EVALUATION CRITERIA/PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on the following best value criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Past Performance, and Price.
