SITE VISIT
The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigation and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
An organized site visit has been scheduled for May 20, 2026, 10:00am (CST). Participants will meet at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center, 1 Veterans Dr, Minneapolis, MN, 55417 in Room 2P-135, Building 70. This will be the only opportunity for potential bidders to visit the site. All potential bidders, subcontractors, and suppliers are strongly encouraged to attend this site visit.
