This is a sole-source procurement intended for Huntington Ingalls Incorporated under a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. The agreement features a three-year ordering period from November 15, 2026, through November 14, 2029, with a minimum order value of 96,034.00 USD and a maximum of 296,831.48 USD, including a not-to-exceed travel limit of 46,363.50 USD.
