Full Description

This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source due to a unique capability provided, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. The Government will award to Luminys Systems Corporation, registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) [CAGE Code 4ZKJ4]. This action is awarded in the amount of $105,000.00. Acquisition is under the authority of FAR 8.002(a)(1)(viii): "Commercial Sources (including educational and nonprofit institutions)" and FAR 6.302-1: "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." The offered prices are determined to be fair and reasonable in accordance with FAR 15.404-1(a)(1), based upon the price offered in comparison to similar items within the contracting system and the company's published price list.
