NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT- National Guard Bureau, United States Property and Fiscal Office for Oregon (USPFO for Oregon), intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Tactical Lighting Solutions, 11850 S Hwy 191, Suite A1, Moab, Utah 84532 to purchase Seventy Four each Lazerbrite Multi-Lux custom marker kits and four each Lazerbrite Multi-Luz LZ/DZ Maker Kits. The most important specifications of this equipment is three modes of operation: High, Low and Flash, Available in 6 visible colors including Gen III compatible Infrared, Operates as a wide angle flash light, Separate into independent lights sources, Tough polycarbonate housing and Waterproof. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements.
