The U.S. Navy’s Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is seeking to procure LED floodlights and associated hardware under a firm fixed-price contract with a total small business set-aside, targeting award in May 2026. The solicitation, identified as N0040626Q0212, requires delivery of 11 LED floodlights rated at 25,000 lumens, photocells, LSZH 5-core #2 AWG cable, conduit bodies, and other electrical components, all to be shipped to Sasebo, Japan under FOB Origin terms, meaning the government will arrange and pay for transportation from the contractor’s shipping point. Compliance with ASTM-D-3951 is mandatory for packaging and marking, prohibiting materials like asbestos, excelsior, and loose-fill polystyrene, while non-manufactured wood packaging must be heat-treated to 56°C for 30 minutes and certified by an ALSC-accredited agency.
