Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13.106-1(b)- Soliciting From A Single Source and FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Kentucky Air National Guard Security Forces Squadron, 1101 Grade lane Louisville, KY 40213 has a requirement to procure the following items: Line Item 0001: ASN Annunciator Upgrade- Monitoring Station , Qty: 1 EA Line Item 0002: ASN Equipment , Qty: 1 EA Line Item 0003: CCTV Equipment, Qty: 1 EA Line Item 0004: Miscellaneous Equipment Package, Qty: 1 EA Line Item 0005: Field Labor, Peridiem, other direct cost (ODC) Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, quote mark only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, sole source contract to Advantor Systems Corporation. Advantor Systems Corporation has the proprietary rights to and is the sole provider and distributor of the equipment. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334512 and the Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Advantor Systems Corporation, 12612 Challenger Pkwy, Suite 300, Orlando, FL 32826 is the sole supplier for the FSI FD331 Fence Processors. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time, Monday, September 14th, 2015. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
