The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, Indianapolis, IN, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only one source reasonably available, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ERA Health , 4428 Overton Crest Street, Ft. Worth, TX 76109 for furnishing various vascular stents. NAICS 339113 applies, the small business size standard is 750 Employees. The contractor shall deliver to the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center at 1481 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, IN 46202., by 3 days ARO. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 3:30 EST on 3/20/2017.
