Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx New York, intends to award a Limited Sources contract under the authority of IAW FAR clause 6.302-1(4)(c) Only one responsible source -application for brand name description, Johnson and Johnson Health Care Systems INC., located at 425 Hoes Lane Piscataway, NJ 0885. This award will be for a Low Temperature Sterilization Machine to be used at the Northport VAMC. Johnson and Johnson Health Care INC, will furnish all service and maintenance for the Low Temperature Sterilization Machine. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract as a one time purchase. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
