Page 2 of 2 Notice of Intent to Sole-Source Solicitation 36C252-19-Q-0550 Notice of Intent to Sole Source reference: VETERANS FIRST procurement IAW 38 USC 8127(b), Public Law 109-461 section 502 and VAAR 819.7007 The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring the following for the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, Wisconsin: Two (2) Post Sterile Storage Cabinet Model SSC 4500 The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis IAW 38 USC 8127(b), and VAAR 819-7007, a purchase order will be issued to ALDEVRA LLC, 3707 Westnedge Avenue, Kalamazoo, MI 49008. ALDEVRA is a CVE Verified Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small-Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 339113 and the size standard is 750 Employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers.
