Request for Quotation N00183-07-T-0263 is a total small business set-aside issued by the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth for the procurement and installation of an automated animal watering system for Building 274. The project is divided into two primary components: the material and prefabrication of the system and the subsequent on-site installation. The government reserves the right to make an award based on an all or none evaluation. The technical specifications require a stainless steel system serving 18 rooms, featuring pressure reducing stations, interconnect stations for standard and large animal pens, solenoid flush valves, and a central controller panel with an inkjet printer. Additional requirements include a portable sanitizer, a combination manifold flush station with a chlorine injector, a central proportioner system, and a multi-stage filter bank station. The vendor must provide operation and maintenance manuals, submittal drawings, and on-site operational instruction. Billing must be processed electronically via the Wide Area Workflow system, and the government notes that payment is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds.
