The following specifications are requested for this item: The approximate size for this window should be 40 wide by 45 in height. Measurements may be + or up to one inch for these estimates. Window should have no-touch sensor plates for automated opening and closing. The bottom shelf should provide a smooth service for transfers between the two sides of the window. The moving panels should be guided by a system that allows for smooth movements of the window. DRAFT
