The Barrx RFA is the only ablation unit approved by the FDA to treat Barrett s Esophagus and is the only unit that is acceptable. The Justification is attached to this notice. This procurement is limited to one source in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(2) Soliciting from a Single Source, as no other supplies with satisfy the Agency s requirement. The anticipated award date: September 15, 2017. This requirement is for: Department of Veterans Affairs Portland VA Health Care System Vancouver Warehouse 1601 E.
