This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. 36C26118Q9630 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99 effective June 15, 2018 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) current to January 7, 2010. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334510, size standard 750. This solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Interested SDVOSB sources must be listed in https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ to be considered for Award. Offers will be evaluated to the extent they can provide the item (or equal) listed in the price schedule in Section B of the attached solicitation. The vendor s quote including equal items must meet the Salient Characteristics listed within the solicitation. Note: Offers of equal products - Offeror must clearly indicate in its offer that the product being offered is an equal product. The equal product must have the same physical, functional, or performance characteristics as the items referenced in the solicitation. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items.
