Page 2 of 2 Page 2 of 2 INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FAR 6.302-1(c) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract to Hologic under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c): "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed procurement is for the purchase of a C-View Software for the Albany StrattonVA Medical Center. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334517 and the size standard is 1000 employees. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by 1:00pm Eastern on May 28, 2019. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to contact@example.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
