The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (VAGCVHCS) intends to negotiate a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) with The KMW Group, Inc. (dba Skytron) for various cabinetry and related accessories. The Justification and Approval for this action will be included as a part of this notice. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The delivery period will be 60 days after receipt of order. The NAICS Code is 339113 and the Size Standard is 500 Employees. This presolicitation notice serves as notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or a request for offers.
