65--Equipment necessary to support anesthesia record keeping system in the ORs

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with DOCTORS OXYGEN SERVICE INC. to provide for the Supplies for Anesthesia Record Keeping System (ARK) at the CLEMENT J. ZABLOCKI ,VA MEDICAL CENTER 5000 WEST NATIONAL AVENUE MILWAUKEE,WI 53295-1000. This procurement is being conducted in accordance FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Contract is firm fixed price and FOB Destination. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service, to the Contracting Officer by 4:00 pm CST on FRIDAY March 06 , 2015. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. If no responses are received, the GLAC will proceed with the sole source negotiation with DOCTORS OXYGEN SERVICE INC.
