65--Gamma Nail Set

The US Army Medical Command Southern Region - East has a requirement for one each Arthrex Gamma Nail Set for patient specific surgery. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2) and FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency . The suggested contractor is Arthrex Inc., 1370 Creekside Boulevard, Naples, Florida 34108-1945 1 each Arthrex Gamma Nail Set with components, drills, saws and with vendor representative in attendance during surgical procedure. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. However, companies that can provide an equal or like product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information to include product research and technical and peer published reviews, price and delivery time within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives from Winn Army Community Hospital, Fort Stewart, Georgia for consideration for future requirements.
