65--In Vitro Test Kits

The U.S. Army Medical Command’s Western Regional Contracting Office plans to award a sole source contract to Ortho Clinical Diagnostics valued at approximately $46,127 to supply In Vitro Test kits and lease an analyzer. The contract will cover a three-month period beginning October 1, 2015, providing interim support while a subsequent long-term contract is developed and awarded. The requirement is designated for the William Beaumont Army Medical Center at Fort Bliss, Texas. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13, and is not open for competitive bids at this time.
