The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound is soliciting for Laboratory Reagents to support medical diagnostic efforts in accordance with specifications to be provided in the solicitation. Reagents will be utilized in support of various Naval Hospitals and clinics throughout Japan and Diego Garcia. This acquisition is to be negotiated on a sole source basis per FAR 6.302 with the following manufacturers: Immucor Gamma, Becton Dickinson, Kimberly Clark, Hematronix, Bayer Diagnostics, Fisher Scientific, Chase, Trinity Biotech, Spectral Diagnostics, PolyMed Co, Wampolo, Beckman Coulter, Remel, Inc., Hardy Diagnostic, Ortho Clinical, Pacific Hemostasis, Biosite, PDI, Andover, Bio Rad, Biomeriux Vitek, Ballard Medical, Eppendorf, Simmler, Baxter Healthcare, Medi Flex, Quidel, Evergreen, Sigma, Elkay, Meridian Diagnostic, Greiner, Strek Laboratories. There will various quantities. FOB Destination to the following locations: Naval Hospital Yokosuka, Japan, Branch Medical Clinic Atsugi, Japan; Branch Medical Clinic Iwakuni, Japan; Branch Medical Clinic Sasebo, Japan and a Health Service Department in Diego Garcia.
