FISC Norfolk Philadelphia Division intends to solicit on a sole source pursuant to FAR 6-302-1 using commercial items acquisition procedures as defined under FAR part 12, and using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR part 13.5 with Nomos of Cranberry, PA for full service maintenance of Government owned Nomos equipment of modulated radiation therapy consisting of peacock/bat/corvus components. Maintenance includes both hardware and software support. The period of performance for this requirement will consist of 1 year starting 1 Oct 07 thru 30 Sept 08 and will include up to four one year option periods. A firm fixed price contracts is the anticipated result of this sole source negotiation effort. The NACIS code for this effort is 325411.
