MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, Washington, intends to award a firm fixed price contract to; TECNIPLAST USA INC., in the amount of $31,682.78, for a one - time purchase of an 2GM60CP SealSafe Plus Rack, with (1) Flexible Connector , Polysulfone Cage Bodies, Microbiological Filter and Retainer which is manufactured and distributed by TECNIPLAST USA INC. This unit is intended for use at Madigan Health Care Systems, Tacoma, WA. The TECNIPLAST SealSafe Rack cages have environmental enrichment opportunities molded into the cage itself and the Polycarbonate shell inhibits microbial growth. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to future requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, information received within forty-five days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement.
