MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, Washington, intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Foundation for Health Care Quality, for a base plus four option years, in the amount of $37,100.00 for Online Database Subscription Service, in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1. Software subscription service is intended for use at Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA. The database allows for the reporting of colorectal and bariatric surgery along with appendectomies. It provides regional analysis of outcome data. Quarterly and Annual risk-adjusted reports are also provided. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to future requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, information received within forty-five days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement.
