NOTICE OF INTENT The US Army Medical command has a requirement for Kodak Processer and Kodak Multiloader. The government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Scriptpro USA Inc, 5828 Reeds Road, Shawnee Missions, KS 66202-2740. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Responses(s) may be via email or on company letterhead: include companys name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, and solicitation number. Responses may be faxed +1 (555) 000-0000. CLIN # 0001 Monthly Service for Preventative Maintenance for SP 200 SCRIPTRO TABLET/CAPSULE COUNTER. Customer support to includes: Software upgrades and updates, Hardware updates that fix a ScriptPro defined functionality problem, Routine inspections and maintenance, 24 hour, 7 day per week, 800# Helpline for softwareEffective: 1 Oct 2009- 30 Sept 2010. 12 months _____________________________________ This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their products, pass performance information, price and preventative maintenance. This information will be reviewed by the Government for consideration for future requirements.
