NOTICE OF INTENT MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, Washington, intends to award a fixed price contract to ProMed Medical, Inc, for a base plus four option years, in the amount of $85,000.00 for Reagents and consumables to use with the T-COAG AMAX Destiny Plus Analyzer installed at Evans Army Community Hospital, Ft Carson, CO., in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to future requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, information received within forty-five days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement.
