It supports the assessment and treatment of stress-related disorders and chronic behaviors by enabling real-time tracking and feedback during therapy or training sessions. The procurement will be conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302, allowing negotiation with only one source to avoid unnecessary duplication of costs and delays that would result from competitive bidding. This notice is not a solicitation for competitive quotes but serves to inform interested parties that they may express interest and demonstrate capability to meet the requirement by January 25th. The final decision to proceed without competition rests solely with the Contracting Officer. The sole source justification highlights the unique capabilities of the NeXus-10 system, which are not readily available from other suppliers, thus ensuring the government’s access to this specific technology without incurring unacceptable delays or additional expenses.
