VA-263-10-RQ-0599 In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program (PL 109-461) the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with JGA Enterprises for the purchase of an upgrade to a Cirrus HD Optical Coherence Tomography System. This purchase must provide data compatibility with the Stratus OCT and include the trade-in of current Stratus system. The award will be issued as a Firm-Fixed-Price contract under authority of FAR 6.302-5 and in accordance with FAR Part 19.1406. The North American Industry Classification System (NIACS) code is 423450 with a 100 employee size standard. This notice is not a request for quotation.
