Special Notice This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, "only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System intends to issue a supply contract to L1- Enterprises 340 West Patrick St. Frederic, MD 21701. This is not a request for proposal. Any notice received must show clear and compelling evidence that compelling evidence that competition would be advantages to the Government. A determination to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. All submission should be sent to contact@example.gov no later than August 16, 2012 referencing Solicitation Number VA256-12-Q-1588.
