TRICARE Region 1 is seeking potential sources to participate in a product line review process to standardize and establish a single source Regional Incentive Agreement for Central Intravenous Line Dressing Kits with Chlorhexidine Gluconate Skin Prep. This initiative aims to provide a consistent supply of these kits to Army, Air Force, and Navy Medical Treatment Facilities across the Northeast. This is an invitation for a review process rather than a direct request for bids, and it will ultimately result in the selection of one vendor to serve the region. To be eligible, vendors must hold a Distribution And Pricing Agreement with the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia and distribute products through the Prime Vendor program. Selected participants must be capable of meeting regional volume requirements, providing a full line of products, and offering complimentary vendor demonstrations and staff in-service training. Interested companies must submit their contact information and DAPA number to the designated points of contact by the close of business on October 17, 2003.
