It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor is it a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Not responding to this Pre-Solicitation Notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP; no response to this Pre-Solicitation Notice is required. Any responses received to this Pre-Solicitation Notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the (www.fbo.gov) site for additional information pertaining to this Pre-Solicitation Notice. Description. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Regional Procurement Office (RPO) East, VA Capitol Heath Care Network (VISN 5) is seeking to acquire Orthotic Appliances and Related Services to support the Veterans in need. It is the VA s intent to issue a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Period of Performance: Base plus four one-year options. The range of services shall encompass Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) Codes: L0100-L4999; A4466; A5500-A5513; and A6501-A6549. Any items that do not have an established HCPCS Code but are considered commercial prosthetic item(s) intended for this HCPCS series, will be incorporated into the resulting contract(s) and rates for these items negotiated by way of a bilateral modification. The Contractor shall be required to provide all supplies and services in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Contractor shall provide all but not limited to labor, supplies, equipment, maintenance, information technology, and supervision to provide Orthotic Appliances and Related Services.
