65 -- PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR STERILIZERS

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) in support of Naval Hospital, Yokosuka, has a requirement for preventive maintenance service for washer and steam sterilizers. The machines that will be serviced are: 1. Washer Sterilizer Reliance model 34002. 2. Steam Sterilizer Eagle model 3000. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price service type contract. The period of performance for the base year is 01 June 2005 through 31 May 2006. Up to two one-year option periods may be included. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Steris Corporation, Erie, Pa 16506. Therefore, this notice is published for informational purposes only.
