The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. Tenth Street, Indianapolis, Indiana intents to negotiate with Radiopharmacy of Indianapolis LLC, 6538 Corporate Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46278 to provide Radiopharmaceuticals for Nuclear Medicine imaging procedures to be compliant with USP 797. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.301-1. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes but responses received on or before September 12, 2008 will be evaluated. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Contract period shall be October 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
