65--Special Notice under W91YU0-15-T-0165 - AMENDED TO INCLUDE THE J & A AS ATTACHED

The Western Regional Contracting Office in Lacey, WA, plans to award a firm fixed price contract valued at $131,171.65 to THD America, Inc. for the purchase of THDSLIDE ONE Hemorrhoid Kits. These kits are designed for use with the government-owned Trans-Anal Hemorrhoid Device, which is proprietary to THD America, Inc.
