65 -- Various Prescription Lens Carriers

The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) plans to award multiple long-term Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Prescription Lens Carriers (PLCs) intended for use with several types of military eyewear, including Uvex-XC Eyewear, Body Specs Pistol Spectacles, ESS-ICE2 Spectacles, and Revision Sawfly USA Eyewear. These contracts are firm fixed-price with an Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) clause and will have a base period plus two one-year options, totaling three years. The overall estimated annual value of all contracts combined is approximately $2.7 million. DSCP will serve as the central ordering point, and awardees must supply both continental US (Conus) and overseas (Oconus) government facilities. All transactions must be conducted electronically through the DSCP Electronic Catalog (ECAT) system, using either Web Supplier Interface or ANSI X12 EDI standards, streamlining purchase orders, confirmations, shipping manifests, and invoicing.
