The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item Request for Quotations (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 12.203 to purchase: one Zeiss NX(R)6100 Optical Coherence Biometry Ver 4, Zeiss IOL Master with A-Plus software, printer, and training; two user manuals; two operator manuals; and one IT3L Zeiss table. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a sole-source justified action as an urgent procurement. The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 will be used in conjunction with commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12.
