The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the Regional Procurement Office West and Network Contracting Office 22, has issued a single source justification for the procurement of general surgical instruments for the Phoenix VA Healthcare System. The contract, valued at 53,927.59 dollars, is intended to replace existing instrumentation in the operating room and medical facility to ensure continued quality of care for Veteran patients. The acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures for amounts over the micro-purchase threshold but not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
